ECOCLIMAP is a sofware that is able to produce surface parameters for land surface models from a database of covers. It has been developed by CNRM/GAME (UMR 3589 CNRS/Météo-France) (UMR 3589 CNRS/Météo-France) The holder of the database is Météo-France. This software is governed by the CeCILL-C license under French law and biding by the rules of distribution of free software.
